Customer Feedback....
“I’m continuously looking for cost effective, efficient products and services for my clients without sacrificing quality. Seiler follows through with all of these, including outstanding training, which molds to clients’ time constraints and targets specific needs ~ much more than just out-of-the-box templates or straight from the manual lectures. Seiler understands that their success is tied to my clients’ success.”

CAD Customer Corner:
Customer Success Story – Hellmuth + Bicknese Architects - The Living Learning Center at Tyson Research, Eureka MO.
Dan Hellmuth and Patrick Ladendecker were presented with a unique design challenge: create a zero net energy, and zero net water usage structure for Washington University Saint Louis. The challenge was part of the International Living Building Institute (http://ilbi.org/) drive to encourage designers to create buildings in a sustainable way. Per Ron Finney, Architectural Designer, Hellmuth+ Bicknese, “This project had incredibly short timelines, from schematic design, to design development, to construction documents. Autodesk Revit Architecture
|
was the easy solution for the primary design tool. Revit Architecture made it easy to communicate our design to individuals associated with the project, who may have had trouble reading a floor plan. The design process was super-quick, and, valuable information about the structure was not lost, from the schematic phase of the project through to construction documentation. The 3D capabilities of Revit give the client the ability to visualize what we are saying with our design. In short, Revit Architecture became the primary communication tool, as well as the visualization and documentation tool.”
The final product, completed May 29th, is slated to become the first “Living Building” in the U.S.
